Process Example:

The main lead minerals of a lead-zinc deposit in Yunnan Province are lead oxide and lead sulfide, and a small amount of lead-iron vanadium; the main zinc mineral is zinc oxide, and a small amount of zinc sulfide and iron spinel. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the lead oxide in the ore was cerusite, lead sulfide was galena, zinc oxide was heterogeneous rock, and the gangue components were quartz, fluorite, calcite, and dolomite. The major minerals, lead and zinc, have complex relationships and are mostly disseminated as fine veins. Oxidized ore is closely related to calcite incorporation. Sulphide ore is closely related to the inlaying of quartz, and is very weathered and argillized.

The determination of the test principle flow: According to the sequence of white lead ore ore ore sulfiding, the asynchronous vulcanization-flotation process of the first vulcanization-xanthate flotation albite, and the re-vulcanization-benzenethiol flotation isolating ore is determined. This process is better than directly adding a large amount of Na2S one-step vulcanization flotation.

Grinding fineness test

The recoveries of lead and zinc increased significantly with the fineness of the grinding. When the grinding fineness reached -0.074 mm, the recovery rate of lead and zinc reached the maximum value at the same time. Continue to increase the fineness of the grinding product. The recovery rate of lead, lead and zinc began to decline slightly. Therefore, the suitable fineness of the lead-zinc mine is -0.074 mm accounting for 95%.
